While I am waiting for the twelve weeks to expire before AA pays me back for my lost equipment I have made a new acquistion. I purchased a Michael Kelly Phoenix acoustic 5 string bass. It has already had its first trial on stage at my church’s worship service. The bass sounded great and played well. I am really happy with this bass.
Well I was off to three weeks training in Dallas and thought bringing my acoustic bass along for company would be a great idea for hotel boredom. Againt the protest of my wife I paid the extra eight dollars to American Airlines to ship my bass and assured her all would be well. So I learned always trust your wife’s instincts. Wonderful AA lost my bass it has vanished from the face of the earth.
